Rohit Dhawan’s family-friendly movie with Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon was expected to do very well at the box office. But the movie didn’t do well at the box office. Shehzada was supposed to come out on Feb. 10, but it was moved to Feb. 17 because Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan was still breaking box office records. It looks like Kartik Aaryan’s plan didn’t work in his favor. For this movie, the actor also took on the role of producer, and he said that he gave back his acting fee for Shehzada because the movie was in a “crisis.”
Taran Adarsh, a trade analyst, says that Kartik Aaryan’s Shehzada made Rs 7.55 crores on its third day in theaters.
Shehzada, which Rohit Dhawan directed, is a movie for the whole family that has comedy, action, and drama. This is the first time you’ve seen Kartik Aaryan in an action movie. Shehzada comes after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which was a big hit and starred Kartik Aaryan.
Most people have already seen Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, so it looks like Shehzada is not the first movie people want to see. On the other hand, Pathaan, Dhanush’s recently released Vaathi, and Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantum Mania are all competing with Shehzada.
