Saturday’s Netflix networking party featured Aamir Khan, Anil Kapoor, Manisha Koirala, and Konkona Sen Sharma, among others, on the red carpet. The gathering also included filmmakers Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Hansal Mehta, Atlee, and Nitesh Tiwari, as well as producers Boney Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. Several images and videos of the celebrity have appeared online.
In an Instagram video posted by a paparazzo account, Aamir came at the event wearing a short red kurta, jeans, and brown shoes. Upon being greeted, he extended his hand to a paparazzo. Before entering the arena, he also grinned and posed for paparazzi.
Zoya was observed wearing a blue dress and black heels, whereas Manisha sported a green ensemble. Anil Kapoor wore a white T-shirt, a blue jacket, and blue jeans for the occasion. Rhea sported a white blouse, black leggings, and a black jacket. Karan Johar selected a black shirt, black tie, grey jacket, and grey pants.
Konkona was seen wearing a green top and jeans, whereas Babil sported a printed grey jacket and green pants. The occasion was also attended by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Bhumi Pednekar, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor, among others. Aamir posed beside Karan, Hansal, and Zoya, among others, at the occasion.
Aamir was last seen in his box office-failing film Laal Singh Chaddha. In the comedy-drama, Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh, and Naga Chaitanya also starred. Written by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Advait Chandan, the film is an adaption of Tom Hanks’ 1994 blockbuster Forrest Gump.
Soon, Karan will return to directing with the upcoming love flick Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi play the key roles in the film.
Anil currently appears in the official Hindi adaptation of John le Carre’s novel The Night Manager, titled The Night Manager. The Night Manager is directed by Sandeep Modi and stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Tillotama Shome, Saswata Chatterjee, and Ravi Behl. It is solely available on Disney+ Hotstar.
