Day 29 of Pathaan’s worldwide box office collection: Rs 1005 crore

Pathaan by Shah Rukh Khan is still the talk of the box office even a month after it came out. Sacnilk, a company that keeps track of the movie business, says that the movie made about Rs 1.09 crore in all languages on its 29th day, bringing its total domestic earnings to over Rs 518.06 crore. Pathaan has made Rs 502 crore nett in Hindi, which is just behind Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which has made over Rs 511 crore. Pathaan (Hindi) crossed the Rs 500 crore mark on its 28th day, while Baahubali 2 (Hindi) did it in 34 days. Both movies broke many records along the way.

Pathaan’s worldwide gross is now Rs 1005, with over $46.5 million (Rs 384 crore) coming from outside India. On its 27th day in theaters, the movie made more than Rs 1000 crore. This made it the fifth Indian movie to do so, after Dangal (Rs 1968.03 cr), Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 1747 cr), KGF: Chapter 2 (Rs 1188 cr), and RRR (Rs 1174 cr).

Pathaan is the most successful Hindi movie in every market outside of India. Pathaan has made more than $16.8 million in the US alone (Rs 139 crore). Not only that, but Pathaan has made more money than all of the Oscar-nominated movies TAR, Triangle of Sadness, and Women Talking put together, which is $15.4 million.

In Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan plays the lead role for the first time in more than four years. The actor has two more movies coming out in 2023. They are “Jawan” by Atlee and “Dunki” by Rajkumar Hirani.
