Kalki 2898 AD trailer: The eagerly anticipated teaser for Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD has been released. As anticipated, it is replete with worldbuilding and action.
What is included in the trailer?
The trailer commences by immersing us in the realm of Kashi, which is referred to as the first and final city to have ever existed. Saswata Chatterjee’s malevolent monarch is causing chaos in the city, causing philosophers to yearn for a divine power to intervene and save them. In the bosom of Padma, Ashwatthama, a character portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan, foresees the arrival of a new force of power.
Padma and her unborn child are pursued by Saswata’s malevolent forces. Ashwatthama and the comical protagonist Bhairava (Prabhas) intervene to save her. Amitabh and Prabhas are observed engaging in several high-octane exploits. Towards the conclusion of the trailer, we also catch a glimpse of Disha Patani engaging in combat with Prabhas and Kamal Haasan.
