Malaika provided a fitness twist to the standard handstand exercise during a Yoga session of Pincha Mayurasana, flaunting a well-toned figure, and that’s all the workout inspiration we need as we start a new week.

Malaika released a video direct from her Yoga studio that provided followers a preview of her vigorous training session on her social media profile, as is her weekly norm. Malaika pulled her hair up into a high bun to complete her athleisure outfit, which she completed with a grey and black sports bra and a pair of matching tights.

Malaika elevated her hips to the ceiling and steadily brought up her whole weight on her forearms, bending down to rest her forearms flat on the Yoga mat. “Perfection is fiction,” she said in the caption. “However, consistency helps one focus on development (sic).”
