In an interview with Mid-day, Neena recalls trying to obstruct Masaba’s acting career and being her “worst critic.” Neena remarked, “When I watched the first season, I was amazed by Masaba’s acting abilities. However, I was so delighted with the performance that I apologized for not allowing her to act. She has a great deal of acting potential.”
Neena focused on her relationship with Masaba and how it differed from her relationship with her mother. She added that season 2 of Masaba Masaba does not shy away from the truth.
