The event is a 24-hour music festival that encourages world leaders, philanthropists, and companies to protect the environment, eradicate poverty, and address climate change, hunger, and vaccination equality. The show’s host, Anil Kapoor, introduced the performers participating in the section.
SARA ALI KHAN SPEAKS OUT IN FAVOR OF COVID VACCINE FOR EVERYONE.
Sara Ali Khan, who is known for speaking up on social issues, discussed Covid-19 and how the epidemic brought the globe together. She attended the occasion dressed in a lovely color saree and uploaded photos on her Instagram account. “With all the agony and difficulties the Covid-19 epidemic has caused on the entire planet, the fact is, it has brought us together for a common cause,” she stated at the performance. This epidemic has shown us that we are all vulnerable to these difficult times, regardless of where we originate from. As a result, we must work collectively to combat this infection. ANANYA PANDAY DISCUSSED CLIMATE CHANGE.
The event began with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address about how the banking, housing, and health sectors can aid the poorest people. Aditya Thackeray, Maharashtra’s Cabinet Minister for Tourism and Environment, also spoke at the occasion. Ananya Panday wore a green blazer and shorts to the occasion. At the Mumbai chapter of Global Citizen Concert Live, she spoke on how climate change is causing species extinction and terrible poverty. ‘Defend Our Planet, Defeat Poverty was the message given out by the actress.

OTHER GUESTS AT MUMBAI’S GLOBAL CITIZEN LIVE
Amitabh Bachchan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Dia Mirza were among the celebs that attended the Indian part of Global Citizen Live. Tanishq Bagchi and Badshah performed to their big tunes while Ananya Panday, Madhuri Dixit, and Riteish Deshmukh made remarks. Tanishq Bagchi and his band performed some of his biggest singles, such as Raatan Lambiyaan and Badri Ki Dulhania. Mercy, Genda Phool, and Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai were all performed by Badshah. Aastha Gill, a singer, also performed with the rapper. Amit Trivedi, a singer, and songwriter was the mid-event performer, with his band singing some of his most popular songs, including Love You Zindagi. Ajay Atul gave the grand finale performance. The duo started with a tribute to Lord Ganesha and sang, ‘Deva Shri Ganesha’ from Agneepath. They ended their set with Zingat from Sairaat.
