Shehnaaz Gill, known for her participation on the popular reality programme Bigg Boss, has begun a new spiritual journey. She has begun practising yoga to cultivate inner serenity and happiness.

In the Instagram photo, she is wearing black athletic attire and performing yoga on a mat. Shehnaaz has apparently begun practising yoga at home under the supervision of a trainer.
Shehnaaz is a devotee of BK Shivani, and last year she publicly acknowledged her increased spirituality, stating, “I wasn’t spiritual before, but now I am. I’ve realised the true value of meditation, as without knowledge one is nothing. I have realised that this world is ephemeral, that our spiritual journey will be of paramount significance, and that nothing else matters.”
In addition to her spiritual journey, Shehnaaz Gill’s career has been creating waves.
She was only recently seen in the Salman Khan film “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” opposite Raghav Juyal, Palak Tiwari, Jassie Gill, and Siddharth Nigam, among others. Sparsh Kshetrapal penned the script for the film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, which was directed by Farhad Samji. It has been released on over 5700 screens in 100 countries across the globe. The film is being shown on over 4500 screens in India alone, which is expected to offer over 16000 screenings, making it readily accessible to a large audience.
During the Bombay Times Fashion Week, she also stunned the crowd with a stunning ensemble. Shehnaaz has been hosting her YouTube programme, Desi Vibes With Shehnaaz Gill, where she has interviewed several film and television stars, including Radhika Apte, Shahid Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, and Sara Ali Khan.
