KAKUDA’S HISTORY
Kakuda is a direct-to-OTT horror film with equal parts comedy and spooky elements. The plot revolves around a mysterious curse that has struck a hamlet. In a rollercoaster journey packed with terror and joy, the main characters are confronted with a difficult ghost that forces them to rethink superstition, tradition, and even loves.
Avinash Dwivedi and Chirag Garg wrote the screenplay. Aditya Sarpotdar makes his Hindi directorial debut with Kakuda. “I’m extremely eager to cooperate with Ronnie Screwvala,” Aditya remarked of the project. We’re approaching the film as if it were a big-budget advertisement. The casting was flawless, and the narrative will have you on the edge of your seat and the verge of fainting.”
Apart from Kakuda, Sonakshi Sinha is preparing for the premiere of Bhuj: The Pride of India on Disney+Hotstar on August 13. Ritesh Deshmukh’s most recent appearance was in Baaghi 3.
