Sunday begins for Kangana Ranaut with a horse-riding session. See images
Kangana Ranaut has been busy filming her upcoming period drama, Emergency, in which she stars and directs. In the film, she will play the role of the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. On Sunday, Kangana took a break from filming and shared photos of herself posing with a horse during early morning riding sessions on her Instagram Stories. She was seated on the horse in one of the photographs.
In the photographs, Kangana is wearing a red-collared t-shirt, black pants, and black boots. A blue helmet and black gloves helped Kangana Ranaut complete her jockey look. Kangana shared photos of herself laughing and posing with the horse with the caption, “Horsing around.” In another photograph where she attempted horseback riding, the actress turned away from the camera.
Kangana will next be seen in the film Emergency, which also stars Mahima Chaudhry, Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, and Vishak Nair in key roles. In a recent Instagram post, Kangana revealed that she had completed fifty percent of the work for Emergency and was now in Mathura to film the remainder. She had posted an image of herself wearing a traditional outfit along with a caption on Instagram Stories “After completing nearly half of Emergency, I was on my way to Mathura. Banke Bihari temple. All of it is Krishna.”
Besides Emergency, Kangana has other projects in the works, including Tejas. She will portray Tejas Gill, a pilot for the Indian Air Force, in the Sarvesh Mewara film. According to recent reports, the film could be released this December or in January 2023. On December 7 of last year, Kangana posted the film’s now-delayed release date along with the caption “The invigorating tale of a woman who chose to rule the skies. Tejas, a tribute to the Indian Air Force, will be released in theatres near you on Dussehra, October 5, 2022.”
